This notice covers the Pelican coming-soon website and its email launch list.

What you share

When you join, we save your email address, the signup date, and your agreement to receive Pelican launch news and offers. This list is intended for adults age 18 and older. Please do not submit a child’s email address or personal information.

How we use it

We use the list to share Pelican’s launch date, product updates, and a launch discount. The launch date and discount details have not been announced. Signing up does not place an order or reserve a product.

Storage and access

The list is stored using our website hosting provider’s database. Access to downloads is limited to the site owner. We may import your signup into an email delivery provider to send these messages. We do not sell the launch list.

Your choice

You can remove your email using the personal link shown after a new signup. Future Pelican emails will include an unsubscribe option. Removing your email through this website deletes it from this launch list. If you have received a campaign, use that email’s unsubscribe link to update the sending provider’s list too.

Website operation

This page does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. To limit spam, the signup form temporarily stores a coded request identifier and an attempt count. It does not store your raw IP address in the signup database; these temporary records expire after 15 minutes and are cleared on subsequent signup attempts.
